Traditional and organic Marmalades & Sauces
In 1999 in Mytilene an effort began by a young man, Nikolaos V. Papayiannides, in order to bring out the purity and quality of forgotten Aegean flavors. As a result, Papayiannides’ Cottage Industry was founded, a workshop that produces marmalades (traditional and organic) as well as home-made sauces.
Tradition bonds with technology thanks to the traditional way of production, based to family recipes of his grandmothers, Efthimia Papayiannides and Eleni Kapsimali, which date back to 1895, combined with the use of the latest technology machines of packaging and controlling of products.
