Logari Cretan Nutrition Centre
Logari is a nutrition center which is located in the village Katalagari, 15 km from Iraklion, Crete.
You are invited to join the weekly program, where you can cook and taste the family-traditional recipes of Caterina Hamilaki.
All dishes are made of genuine, pure Cretan products such as olive oil, vegetables, fruits, cheese, fish, meat, wine, etc.
At the same time, you’ll be able to learn things and places of Cretan culture and get familiar with the way of Cretan’s life, which is the secret of their long living.
The program runs throughout the year and can de joined by persons of all ages.
