In the sunny olive groves that are cultivated in the hills of region Kolymvari Chania Crete in height of 250 m. and that breathes from the breeze of Cretan Seas is produced one of the best worldwide and many times rewarded qualities of oil in the world.
This oil that we produce with a lot of love and taste from our privately-owned olive groves in hand made way, without pesticides and chemical fertilizers, we standardise and we trade with the label Liophito Mattheou in very limited quantity and numbered standardisation.
