Stuffed potatoes


3 potatoes
100gr grated feta cheese
100gr grated Gouda cheese
100gr grated Regato cheese
1 red pepper (chopped)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 yellow pepper (chopped)
1 egg
½ cup of milk
a pinch of salt, pepper, oregano


Wrap the potatoes with aluminum foil, place them on a baking tray, add some water and cook in the oven. Once they are ready, cut them in halves and take out the flesh. Mix the flesh with the rest of the ingredients and fill the potatoes with the mixture. Bake for 10min.
